The Bioprofiler facility has several detection systems (UV/visible, photodiode array (PDA), fluorimetry, electrochemical detector, evaporative light scattering detector (ELSD) and mass spectrometry) coupled with 5 HPLC (including 3 UFLC) and 3 GC systems. It allows detection and characterization of various molecules and enzyme activities.
