CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION:

Meeting registration fees, less a cancellation fee of 20 €, will be refunded if written request is received before June 30, 2010. If written request is received between June 30 and August 22, registration fees, less a cancellation fee of 80 €, will be refunded. No refund will be granted after August 22, 2010. In the case of cancellation before this date, please note that you will have to cover all the bank charges.
